1/2 kilogram spaghetti, cooked to al dente
3 eggs, plus 2 egg yolks
1 sweet onion, chopped
6-8 slices bacon, chopped
2 cups sweet grape tomatoes
1 cup dark beer
1 cup Parmesan cheese
Mix bacon and onion in a large pan and cook over medium low heat for 10 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Add tomatoes and beer and cook to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and continue cooking till berries pop. Remove from heat. What you need:

1 avocado, peeled and pitted

Ground black pepper to taste
Combine the avocado, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper in a blender or food processor. Pulse until mixture is smooth. Place pasta in a large bowl then pour sauce over it. Toss well to coat pasta with sauce. Add more salt and pepper if desired.
Tropical Zucchini Spaghetti

What you need:

1 cup spaghetti, cooked to al dente
2 zucchini, sliced thinly lengthwise
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Zest of 1/2 lemon
1/2 cup feta cheese
3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 1/2 tsp fresh sage, chopped
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat then cook zucchini for about 5 minutes. Stir in garlic, rosemary and lavender. Continue cooking for 3 to 5 minutes longer or until zucchini is cooked through. Place pasta in the pan then top with feta cheese and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to blend all ingredients well. Transfer to serving platter, sprinkle with olive oil and top with Parmesan before serving.
